The HR Department aims / seek to:

Provide quality and prompt service to employees and clients.

Provide adequate and approriate personnel to different departments for the achievement functions and responsibilities.

Provide HR interventions to enhance/improve productivity and efficiency of municipal employees.

Provide information and recommendations to management on organizational development concerns.
