#PABATIDPUBLIKO The Municipal Government of La Paz, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Tarlac will conduct a GIS Tax Mapping Project in all barangays of the Municipality of La Paz. This project is part of the Local Government Unit’s continuing efforts to establish and maintain a complete, accurate, and updated real property information system in support of effective local governance and the implementation of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) RA 12001.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Update and digitize real property maps and assessment records.

Verify the location, boundaries, land use, and information of all real properties, whether taxable or tax-exempt.

Record and update all existing improvements, including buildings, structures, and other developments not yet reflected in the assessment records.

Maintain a complete, accurate, and reliable real property database.

Support fair, accurate, and equitable real property valuation and assessment through updated and reliable property information in accordance with the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

All property owners, administrators, and occupants are respectfully requested to cooperate with the authorized GIS Tax Mapping Team during the conduct of field activities by providing necessary assistance for property verification and updating of records.

The authorized GIS Tax Mapping personnel will be accompanied by a designated representative from the respective barangay to ensure proper coordination, transparency, and orderly conduct of field activities.

For your security and assurance, all authorized personnel will carry their official identification cards and necessary authorization documents while conducting field verification.
